Puppy reservation deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the buyer voluntarily withdraws from the purchase, changes their mind, or is otherwise unable or unwilling to complete the purchase. If Davis Farm Boston Terriers is unable to provide an appropriate puppy from the litter for which the deposit was placed, the family may choose either a refund of the deposit or transfer of the deposit to the next available litter.

Deposits establish a family's general place in the reservation order. Puppy placement is not strictly first-come, first-served. Puppies are matched with families based on availability, temperament, family preferences, and the overall suitability of the placement.

All puppy placements are final at the time of adoption, however, I want to make sure that my puppies are in the best home for them. I ask that families contact me at Davis Farm Boston Terriers before considering surrendering, re-homing, or transferring ownership of a Davis Farm puppy or adult dog. If circumstances ever change and you can no longer keep your Davis Farm dog, please contact me. I will work with you to determine the safest and most appropriate solution.

Each puppy is accompanied by a one-year health warranty covering specified life-threatening congenital birth defects, as outlined in the Puppy Health Warranty. Genetic guarantees for JHC, HUU, DM, CDPA, and CDDY/IVDD-associated variants are provided according to the terms of the health warranty.

When you request the Puppy Application, via email you will receive the Puppy Application, a Puppy Contract, and my Health Warranty for your review as part of the application process.

Davis Farm Boston Terriers puppies are placed as companion dogs only. Puppies are sold with AKC Limited Registration and are not sold with breeding rights. All puppies are required to be spayed or neutered according to the terms of the Puppy Contract.

If you have questions about my Puppy Contract, Health Warranty, or Placement Process, please contact me at Davis Farm Boston Terriers before submitting your reservation deposit.  I am happy to clarify my policies and make sure you understand the commitment involved in bringing home a Davis Farm puppy.
